唐卡中间主尊为四臂黄文殊菩萨，黄文殊一面四臂，身色金黄，身略右倾。头戴五叶冠，发髻高隆，宝珠顶严。面相圆润，细眉长目，双目微垂，面带微笑，外透睿智，神态慈悲安详。
文殊菩萨右手持剑，横断上空，象征智慧之剑斩断一切执著和缠缚。左手于胸前拈一支乌巴拉花之茎部，延伸到左耳边之花上有代表般若经之经箧，象征所有智慧来自般若经典。另一双手左右各持箭和弓，双足呈金刚跏趺坐安住于莲花月轮之上。
唐卡顶部是普贤王如来，诸位菩萨及传承上师,唐卡四周也是宁玛巴的修行主尊菩萨,唐卡下部是空行护法所环绕的曼达拉哇佛母，她也是莲师的化现。
"Vajra Manjushri with one face and four hands, a saffron complexion, youthful with the marks and examples. The first right hand holds a sword upraised, the first left an utpala blossom, the Prajnaparamita book above; in the lower two an arrow and a bow of method and transcendend knowledge.
