Tibetan: Zhangzhung Meri (zhang zhung me ri)
A meditational deity of the Bon religion arising from the ancient land of Zhangzhung in what is now West Tibet. Ligmincha was the last king of Zhangzhung prior to being conquered and absorbed into the growing kingdom of Tibet under the Buddhist king Tri Songtsen Gampo. Zhangzhung Meri does not belong to the group of the Five Excellent Ones of the Se Fortress.
