Characteristics & Attributes:

- Warrior Appearance

- Three eyes or two eyes

- White turban

- White Conch head ornament

- Right Hand: sword, riding crop, spear

- Left Hand: lasso, bowl of jewels, mongoose, flag, spear

- Horse mount: white, brown, black

- White bird overhead

There does not yet appear to be an iconographic consistency in the paintings depicting Tsangpa Karpo. The most repeated features are the overall Warrior Appearance atop a horse and the white conch shell on the top of the head. All of the other attributes can vary individually or in there combinations. A figure very similar in appearance to Tsangpa Karpo is Chingkarwa.
